We’re a small business. Are we really a target?
Yes. Most attacks are automated: phishing emails and password guessing go out to thousands of businesses at once, and small businesses are often the easiest to get into. A few basics, like multi-factor sign-in, good email filtering and tested backups, block most of them.
Is it safe to use ChatGPT or Copilot with our business data?
It can be, with the right tool and the right settings. Free consumer tools may handle your data differently from business versions. We help you pick tools with appropriate business data protections and set rules for what can and can’t be shared.
What do we need to fix before turning on Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot can find anything a user already has access to. If files have been overshared over the years, Copilot can surface them. We review sharing and permissions first so it only shows people what they should see.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It depends on your size and how much security you need. Many small businesses benefit from Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which adds device management and stronger security tools. We’ll review your licences and recommend the right mix, which sometimes saves money.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person or provider?
Yes. We can take on specific projects like a security assessment, a Microsoft 365 migration or an AI rollout, or cover while your own staff are away.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Most support happens over a secure remote connection, and we come on-site across London, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg and surrounding areas when that’s the better option.
